The first
International Congress of Mechanical Engineering Societies (ICOMES) was
held in May of 1987 to provide a forum on those (primarily
international) issues important to technical societies, and also to
encourage international cooperation among participating societies. |
By virture
of the web-based format, the online newsletter contains access to more
resources than the printed version. ICOMES readers are encouraged to
submit any information that they think will be of interest to the
readership. Reports and schedules of international societal, as
well as any other items of relevance to the international community,
are welcome. Photographs and graphics from societal events are
encouraged. |
